    Ejim E. Mark, MD, MPH, MBA

    Chief Executive Officer / Founder

    Dr. Mark is a physician informaticist with more than 12 years of experience in primary care and preventive medicine. His work is focused on using technology to improve population health and decrease health care disparities. Dr. Mark founded Access Healthcare Foundation to focus on improving patient health outcomes via implementing quality improvement strategies,adequate coordination and integrated care. His experience working on multiple projects around the world helped him envision a world where technology can drastically improve the health of a population.

    Dr. Mark received medical degree from Rostov Medical University, his public health and preventive medicine training from Johns Hopkins University and has an MBA from University of Massachusetts Amherst with a focus on health informatics leadership and change management in clinical settings. His interests include global health, mobile health, and public health informatics. He has embarked on numerous medical missions around the world and is fluent Ibo, Russian, and Creole.

    Dr.  Akano is a pharmacist by training with over 9 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry and have held various roles with over 4 pharmaceutical/biotech companies within Medical & Scientific Affairs. Dr. Akano has experience in various therapeutic areas including Cardiovascular disorders, Central Nervous System Disorders, Musculo-skeletal System Disorders, and Pain Management. He is experienced in providing scientific medical information, building key thought leader relationships, effectively working with other sectors and stakeholders within the industry. He has collaborated on a number of educational and research projects. Dr. Akano received his Bachelors in Laboratory Medicine and Chemistry, Doctorate in Pharmacy, and a Post-Doc Fellowship in Pharmacoeconomics and Health Outcomes Research. He gives back by lecturing and mentoring students. He is passionate about public service and is bilingual.

    Dr. Olutade is a board certified internal medicine Physician. He is a diplomate of the American Board of Internal Medicine. He currently practices medicine, encompassing both primary care and hospital medicine, in the Quad cities area of Illinois and Iowa. He has over 5 year of experience in direct patient care and health care delivery. His areas of expertise include preventive medicine, management of chronic diseases, and acute care management in the hospital setting. He graduated summa cum laude from Rostov State Medical University, Russia, where he earned his medical degree. He subsequently completed residency training in internal medicine at St. Barnabas Hospital, an affiliate of Albert Einstein College of Medicine, Bronx, New York. Dr. Olutade is currently a member of the Unity Point Health Physician Leadership Academy, and he is at the forefront of progressive transformation of health care delivery, with the focus being the patient. He is a patient champion and always strives to ensure that the patient is at the center of his practice.

    Munachi Nsofor focuses his practice in the areas of technology & intellectual property. He represents corporate and individual clients in the acquisition and protection of intellectual property, including trademarks, copyrights, trade secrets and patents. Mr. Nsofor also has experience in technology matters arising in mergers and acquisitions, and advises clients on general corporate matters.

    Mr. Nsofor’s prior experience includes years as a research associate at a drug discovery and development biotech company. His research experience includes screening various small molecule drugs targeted at various disorders.

    Mr. Nsofor was admitted to the bar in Maryland in 2006 and  in New York, 2007

    Dr. Wasserman is a Certified Knowledge Manager and Telemedicine expert with over 20 years of experience in leading, executing and managing mobile technology projects. Dr. Wasserman has a demonstrated record of achievement in giving thought leadership to strategic health management policy and planning. He also provides innovative solutions toward health care technology transfer for development institutions. He provides project assistance, effective performance assessment and implementation and recommendations, directed at cost reduction by combining innovation solutions, management expertise & technology solutions through the utilization of best practices.
